QA blog-only announcement

How to build a calm morning routine

, QA author title

21 October 2026 · 1 min read

Start with the problem your reader has, in their own words, and the result this guide will get them. Two or three sentences are enough.

What you need before you start

  • The first thing to have ready

  • The second thing, and why it matters

  • How much time to set aside

Step 1: Begin with one small action

Describe the first step plainly: what to do, how long it takes, and how the reader will know they have done it right.

Step 2: Build on it

Explain the next step and how it follows from the first. Keep each step to one idea.

Step 3: Make it part of the day

Show how to keep going once the novelty wears off: a time of day, a reminder, a way to track progress.

What to do next

Sum up the guide in a sentence or two, then invite the reader to the next step with you: a free call, a course or your newsletter.
